iOS7 Bug

Ever since I upgraded my iPad 2 to iOS7, my screen always launches in the vertical mode, even when my iPad is held horizontally, where it cuts off the screen on the right so I cant even see the total amounts of each credit card I have listed. I end up having to unlock my screen, close the app, and re-open it with my iPad in the horizontal position. Then it will stay that way for that session....until, I open the app again. Its a real pain. Otherwise, the app works great.
